SPRINGTIME IN CINCINNATI

Returning to Cincinnati in April after enjoying "Springtime in the South," we found that the flowers and trees in our own home city were in their springtime glory.

 We spent the afternoon of April 18th at "Zoo Blooms" at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden with our friends, Judy and Pete Gibbs.

 Everywhere we wandered throughout the zoo, the trees and bushes and flowers seemed to be at their peak!

There's something about the colors and beauty of spring anywhere in the world that makes one extremely happy!

For us to have had extra weeks of spring this year, first in Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia and then at home in Cincinnati was fantastic!
